just ok, i guess

stained towels broken temperature control

the location was acceptable, being close to transport links.

I had issues with the room. the temperature control didn't seem to work. It was too warm. also, the towels had an odd stain on them.. not exactly inviting!!!

the room was clean and quiet. the bed provided a comfortable sleep. breakfast offered a good selection of foods. the staff were helpful and responsive to requests.

the shower temperature was inconsistent , sometimes fluctuating between hot and cold.

The location is excellent for accessing public transport. The room had all necessary amenities including an ironing board and iron which I found helpful (especially for my opera visit). The room materials seemed easy to keep clean. Storing luggage was simple because of my late flight.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy.
